Anxiety isn’t the problem. It’s the solution.

It’s the smoke that shows you where the fire is.

Most of my clients come to me for anxiety therapy.

    They say things like:

    • “My brain won’t shut off.”

    • “I’m calm on the outside, but inside I’m out of control”

    • “I’ve built a good life—so why do I feel like I’m drowning?”

Here’s what they all have in common: They’re smart. They’re successful. And they’re secretly exhausted from holding it all together.

They don’t need coping strategies.  They’ve tried those.  They didn’t work.

So I teach them how to listen …

To the parts of them that are fighting, fawning, freezing.

To the voices that whisper, “Don’t screw this up” or “You’re not allowed to rest.”

To the mask that’s become so heavy, that it’s starting to crack.

    Because anxiety isn’t random.

It’s protective. It’s intelligent. It’s pointing at something inside you that’s been ignored for too long.

    So that’s where we begin.

Not by pushing stress away. But by turning toward it. And asking what it needs.

    Then we fix that.

    This isn’t about fixing you.

    It’s about finding you.
