    For over 40 years, I lived with high-functioning anxiety without recognising it. I thought it was normal - how everyone felt inside.

    Then, in my 50's, I finally did the inner work and released enough stress for my system to switch back to its natural state of peace. And wow! The absence of anxiety is more than just calm.
