How to grow more luck & joy in your life

Today is La Fête du Muguet in France, when it’s traditional to give Lily of the Valley to wish each other luck and celebrate Spring.

So I drew this one for you :)

In French, there’s a lot of talk about bonheur on this day. The word comes from bon (good) and heur (from Latin augurium, meaning “omen” or “fortune”). Originally, it meant “a good lot” or “favorable fortune” - what we'd now call happiness, joy, or good luck.

But I don’t believe in luck the way most people mean it.

I believe that luck, like joy, is something to be sown, not chased. It's the result of an action. A feeling you experience, not a "thing" you get given.

So as I share this Muguet with you, I invite you to pause and ask yourself:

What seeds might you need to plant right now … to grow more luck and joy?

And, maybe an even more powerful question ...

Where might you find luck and joy already growing in your life, that's just waiting to be seen, valued and nurtured?
